Everything You Need to Know About Dinner of Note This Year

This year captures the spirit of the Weimar culture of Berlin in the 1920's and the renaissance of modern Burlesque today. Much like Berliners, The Heartland Men's Chorus doesn't party in half measures. As Berlin was a beacon for free-spirited artists, our theme unifies past with present by celebrating the resilience of the human spirit to thrive despite hardships through love, music and art. Our intrinsic desire to create art and beauty is what still fuels our passions today.

6:00 p.m.

We unlock the door at the Arvest Bank Theatre at the Midland to a velvety world of passion, seduction with a touch of tease. Welcome to Burlesque.

Your Avant Garde Evening Includes:

Mama Hen: Boursin Chicken (boursin cheese, panko crust, spinach & garlic dream)
Rouge Salmon: Potato Chip Crusted Salmon (marinated salmon filet with crushed potato chips, tomato-fennel vinaigrette, tomato basic micro green relish and crispy fennel chip & chive garnish)
